Ingredients:

300ml sweetened condensed milk
4 tbsp white wine vinegar
½ tsp garlic powder

Method:

Stir together all ingredients, beating with a fork until thick.

You can use this right away but it tastes best if allowed to rest in the refrigerator- overnight.

Use as a topping for Halifax donairs.
