Welcome to the summary page for FabulousFusionFood's Cook's Guide entry for Sambuca along with all the Sambuca containing recipes presented on this site, with recipes in total.

This is a continuation of an entire series of pages that will, I hope, allow my visitors to better navigate this site. These recipes, all contain Sambuca as a major wild food ingredient.

Sambuca is a colourless Italian liqueur that's flavoured with aniseed. It's generally drunk with one or two coffee beans floating in the glass, and is usually flamed before it's served. Sambuca is very strong but has a sweetish taste. It is most often served as a digestif but can also be used in cocktails.
