Welcome to the summary page for FabulousFusionFood's Cook's Guide entry for Chine along with all the Chine containing recipes presented on this site, with 10 recipes in total.

As well as displaying recipes by name, country and region of origin I am now planning a whole series of pages where recipes can be located by meal type and main ingredient. This page gives a listing of all the Chine recipes added to this site.

Chine is a term in butchery which means that the backbone has been removed from a rack of ribs. Indeed, for this cut carving is essentially impossible if the butcher has not 'chined' the cut.
