Cream together the butter and sugar until pale and fluffy. Add the cream cheese, cinnamon and vanilla extract and beat until creamed and thoroughly combined. Use to decorate your favourite cakes. This makes an excellent topping for carrot cakes. If desired, you can stir in about 120g chopped pecan nuts for a bit of a crunch
