Ingredients:
100g red onions
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp chilli flakes
60ml oil
900g cabbage, cut into 3cm wedges
1/2 tsp chilli powder
1/4 tsp powdered ginger
250ml beef stock
Method:
Fry the onions in the spices until just softened then add the cabbage and cook lightly until it just begins to wilt. Add the beef stock, adjust the seasoning and simmer for 5 minutes. Serve in a large bowl.
