Ingredients:
250ml lemon juice
3 cloves garlic, mashed
3 tbsp crushed red chilli
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp salt
Method:
Combine the lemon juice with the garlic then blend-in the chilli, black pepper and salt. Place in a small ramekin and serve with starters or as a dip for Breads.
