Ingredients: 10 curry leaves 1 tsp ground cinnamon 1 tsp finely-chopped chillies 1 tsp ground allspice 1 tsp cayenne pepper 1 tsp ground black pepper 1 tsp ground turmeric 2 tsp ground coriander 1 chilli 2 cloves garlic 1 tsp grated nutmeg
