Sea Spaghetti with Garlic and Butter

Ingredients:

50g dried sea spaghetti
2 garlic cloves, crushed and then mashed until creamy
1 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
2 tbsp toasted pine nuts
1 tsp poppy seeds
1 tbsp toasted pumpkin seeds
1 tsp sesame seeds
2 tbsp flat-leaf parsley, finely chopped
freshly-ground black pepper, to taste

Method:

Bring a pan of water to a boil, add the dried sea spaghetti and cook for about 14 minutes, or until cooked through and tender.

In the meantime, mix together the mashed garlic, olive oil, parsley and black pepper. Drain the sea spaghetti when cooked, toss with the oil mixture then arrange on plates.

Sprinkle over the pine nut and seeds and serve.
