Ingredients:

1 iceberg lettuce cut in 2cm slices
2 tomatoes, cut into 8 slices
2 avocados cut in thick slices
250ml lemon juice
250ml olive oil
250ml peach syrup
1 tsp salt
1 tsp mixed herbs
1/4 tsp black pepper

Method:

Arrange the iceberg lettuce on each plate add 2 slices of tomato and overlap with the avocado.

Mix all the other ingredients together to form a dressing and drizzle over the salad then serve.
