This is a classic French dried seaweed mix that is growing in popularity. The recipe below, if you follow all the links, will allow you to source, dry and prepare this blend for yourselves.

Method:

Prepare the dried seaweeds as in the individual recipes then place each one in a pestle and mortar and pound gently until flaked. Combine in an air-tight jar and sore in a cool, dark, cupboard until needed.

This mix can be used in any recipe calling for Quatre Algues (four seaweeds).
