Ingredients:
150g Thai jasmine rice
400ml water
Method:
Wash the rice then place in your pressure cooker along with the water. Lock the lid then bring to pressure over high heat.
Lower the heat to medium and stabilize the pressure. Cook for 2 1/2 minutes then take off the heat and allow the pressure to drop for 10 minutes (release any remaining pressure after this time).
Fluff the rice with a fork, turn into a dish and serve.
