1 perfect pizza base
400g marinara or tomato-based pizza or pasta Sauce
200g tinned tuna
1 White onion
Salt, freshly-ground black pepper, dried oregano (crumbled), to taste
100g Mozzarella

Method:

Pre-heat your oven to 220°C.

Prepare the perfect pizza base according to the recipe. When ready, stretch it out and arrange on a baking tray or pizza stone, leaving it a little thicker than normal.

Spread over the tomato sauce then arrange the tuna and onion rings on top.

Finely dice the mozzarella and scatter the cubes over everything. Season to taste with salt, black pepper and oregano.

Transfer to your pre-heated oven and bake for about 15-20 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and the mozzarella is dissolved.

Serve hot, sliced into wedges.
