Ingredients:

3 fresh apricots, stoned
2 thick slices of fresh pineapple, trimmed, cored and diced
300ml Greek yoghurt
1 tbsp runny honey
4 tbsp crushed ice
1 fresh apricot, chopped, to garnish

Method:

Combine the pineapple, stoned apricots and 100ml of the yoghurt in a blender. Blitz until smooth then add the remaining yoghurt and blitz again for 20 seconds.

Divide the crushed ice between two glasses then pour the smoothie mix over the top. Garnish with the chopped apricot, add a long spoon and serve.
