Ingredients:
3 red onions, finely chopped
200g pitted black olives
1 tbsp honey
salt and black pepper, to taste
4 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp white wine vinegar
Method:
Whisk together the honey, olive oil and white wine vinegar in a bowl, season and then pour over the onions. Toss to combine then cover and set aside to marinate for 1 hour.
