Mocha Frappé is a traditional American recipe for a chilled coffee and milk drink flavoured with chocolate milk. The full recipe is presented here and I hope you enjoy this classic American version of: Mocha Frappé.

Ingredients:
720ml chilled coffee (preferably mocha)
4 tsp instant chocolate milk (mix powdered milk, cocoa powder and sugar at a ratio of 16:4:1 ie 4 tsp insant milk powder, 1 tsp cocoa powder and 3/4 tsp sugar)
240ml milk
120ml whipped cream
4 scoops vanilla ice cream
Method:
Combine the coffee, instant chocolate milk powder and milk in a blender. Combine until smooth and blended then add the whipped cream and ice cream. Blend until frothy then pour into a tall, chilled, glass. Garnish with whipped cream, nutmeg, cinnamon and chocolate shavings (if desired).
