Method:

Combine the coconut cream with the salt and sugar in a pan and bring to a boil. Reduce to a simmer and cook for a few minutes, stirring occasionally.

Meanwhile, peel the mangoes and slice them, removing the stones. Arrange the mango slices on individual serving plates, adding a few spoons of the rice beside them. Spoon the hot coconut cream sauce over the top and serve.
