Ingredients:

4 green bananas, peeled and grated
600ml coconut milk
pinch of salt

Method:

Bring the coconut milk to a simmer and add a pinch of salt.

Drop in spoonfuls of the grated green banana. They will clump together as dumplings.

Cook for about 10 minutes until heated through then take off the heat, turn into a bowl and serve as a breakfast dish.
