Ingredients:

450g minced lamb
1 onion, finely chopped
120ml passata (tomato juice)
1 tsp Dukkah mixed spice
4 tbsp oil for frying
salt and black pepper, to taste

Method:

Heat the oil in a pan and use to fry he meat, onion and spices over a low flame, stirring frequently. Continue cooking until the meat releases its juices then season with salt and black pepper. Fry until the meat juices have just evaporated then add the tomato juice and continue cooking until the sauce has reduced by more than half.

Serve hot.
