Ingredients:

60g butter
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp chilli, minced
1 tsp salt
800g lean steak, freshly minced

Method:

Melt the butter and add to all the remaining ingredients. Mix thoroughly and serve immediately.
