Ingredients:
500g minced lamb
2 onions, finely chopped
1/2 tbsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp freshly-ground black pepper
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp oil or ghee
Method:
Combine the meat, onion, cinnamon and black pepper in a bowl and mix well with your hands. Shape the mixture into small meatballs and set aside.
Meanwhile, combine the salt and ghee in a large pan then add boiling water and bring the mix to a boil. Add the meatballs and cook for about 25 minutes, or until cooked through. Drain the meatballs then serve with rice and salad.
