Method:

Preheat your barbecue or a griddle pan over medium-high heat.

Rub the jerk seasoning onto both sides of the lamb chops.

Barbecue (or griddle) the lamb chops for 5-7 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or to your desired level of doneness.

Serve with mango salsa.
