Ingredients:
1 ripe mango, diced
120g diced pineapple
1/2 red bell pepper, diced
60g diced red onion
1-2 spring onions, thinly sliced
2 tbsp lime juice
2 tbsp pineapple juice
Method:
Simply combine all the ingredients in a bowl and serve with your favourite jerk dish.
