Ingredients:
1 chicken, cut into serving pieces
60ml oil
4 medium onions, chopped
2 large tomatoes, chopped
salt and black pepper, to taste
60g flour
Method:
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the chicken until golden brown. Add the onions and cook for five minutes before adding the tomatoes. Season and simmer gently for about 45 minutes, or until the chicken has cooked through.
Mix the flour with a little water and use this to thicken the casserole.
