Ingredients:

150g potatoes, diced
150g cauliflower florets
2 tsp freshly-ground mustard paste
1 medium tomato, quartered
1 green chilli, chopped
1/2 tsp ground turmeric
salt, to taste

Method:

Combine all the ingredients in a saucepan with 250ml water. Bring to a gentle simmer then cook, covered for about 25 minutes, or until all the vegetables are tender.

Take off the heat and allow to cool to room temperature before serving. Note that the dish should contain a little gravy. Add a little more water towards the end of cooking if it's too dry.
