Arrange the cod fillets on a greased baking dish. Combine all the other ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Spread the mixture evenly over the top of each cod fillet.
Transfer to an oven pre-heated to 220°C and bake for 20 minutes, or until the fish is done through and the topping is golden brown.
