Ingredients:

12 red chilies, coarsely chopped
6 red onions, coarsely chopped
2 tbsp sweet soy sauce
1 tbsp butter, melted
1 tbsp lime juice

Method:

Combine all the ingredients in a bowl, stirring until evenly combined.

Serve the sambal as an accompanied to grilled fish, raw or cooked vegetables or salad.
