Ingredients:

2g dried boldo leaf
300ml boiling water

Method:

This is a tea commonly used in Mexico and South America to calm the stomach. In Mexico fresh leaves are typically used, but in Argentina this comes as tea-bags of dried leaf.

>Warm your pot, add the dried boldo leaf the pour over the boiling water. Steep for about 8 minutes then strain into a cup.

Sweeten to taste with honey and drink.

As with most herbal remedies, it's recommended that you do not drink this tea every day, but take it only whilst you suffer from the symptoms. If symptoms persist, contact your doctor.
