Method:

Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and stir to combine.

To use the wet rub: In a bowl, combine all the ingredient for the rub. Add your chosen seafood then turn to coat in the marinade.

Cover the bowl, transfer to your refrigerator and marinate for at least an hour.

Cook on a barbecue.
