Alitas de pollo picante (Spicy Chicken Wings) a Classic Ecuadorian recipe for a dish of chicken wings marinated a spiced beer base that's fried with herbs and chilli flakes to cook.
Remove and discard the very tips of the wings then place the wings in a bowl.
In a separate bowl mix together the broth, beer, garlic, oil, hot chilli sauce and Worcestershire sauce. Pour this sauce over the wigs, cover the bowl and set aside to marinate for 2 hours.
Melt the butter in a large oven-proof frying pan over medium heat. Add the wings and the remaining ingredients and fry, stirring frequently, for 7 minutes.
Transfer the pan to an oven pre-heated to 230°C and cook for 10 minutes more before serving.
