Used in many Latin countries from Mexico down to the northern regions of South America, adobo seasoning is a mix of spices typically used as a dry rub for meat.

Ingredients:

6 tbsp sea salt
6 tbsp granulated garlic
4 tbsp dried oregano, crumbled
2 tbsp ground black pepper
2 tbsp ground turmeric
2 tbsp onion powder

Method:

Simply mix all the ingredients together and store in an air-tight jar or container out of direct sunlight.

If kept dry and cool the mixture will last up to 6 months.
