Ingredients:

200g Sugar
1 tbsp vanilla extract
240g cream cheese (or you can use my home-made cream cheese recipe to prepare your own)
240ml sour cream
240ml Cool Whip
1 Graham Cracker Cheesecake Crust
880g (2 tins) Cherry pie filling

Method:

Beat the cream cheese until soft then whisk in the sugar and vanilla extract before whisking in the sour cream. Fold in the Cool Whip then spread the mixture evenly over the Graham cracker crust.

Spread the cherry pie filling over the top then place in the refrigerator and chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
