Add the cream cheese to a bowl and beat until smooth then gradually beat in the sugar. Blend in the sour cream and the vanilla then fold in the cool whip, blending thoroughly. Spoon the mixture onto the prepared crust then transfer to the refrigerator and chill until set (at least 4 hours). Remove the sides of the pan then garnish with fresh strawberries and serve.
