125g o gnau Ffrengig
600ml o stoc llysiau
300ml o wîn coch
1 cymysgedd o ddwmplinau caws
Dull:
Cynheswch yr olew mewn gwaelod casserole yna ychwanegwch y nionod a'r gerllyg a ffriwch am tua 3 munud, neu nes eu bod yn cychwyn meddalu.
Ychwanegwdd weddill y llysiau a'r madarch yna ychwanegwch y perlysiau cyn tywallt i fewn y stoc a'r gwîn coch. Ychwanegwch halen a phupur at flas yna dewch a'r gymysgfa i ferwi.
Paratwoch y dwmplinau caws, gan ddilyn y risét ac ychwanegwch i'r potes. Gorchuddiwch gyda chaead yna trosglwyddwch i bopty wedi ei gyn gynhesu i 200°C a chraswch am 30 munud.
Trosglwyddwch i blatiau gweini, gan sicrhau fod dwmplinau ym mhob plat. Gweinwch gyda thafellau trwchus o fara brown.

Heat the olive oil in the base of a flame-proof casserole, add the onions and garlic and fry for about 3 minutes, or until just softened.
Stir in the remaining vegetables and mushrooms then add the herbs before pouring over the stock and red wine. Season to taste then bring the mixture to a boil.
Prepare the cheese dumplings, according to the recipe and add to the stew. Cover with a tight-fitting lid and transfer to an oven pre-heated to 200°C and bake for 30 minutes.
Ladle the stew into serving plates, dividing the dumplings between them, and accompany with a generous slice of granary bread.
