Cynhwysion:

1 cucumer mawr wedi ei blicio a'i giwbio
150ml o lefrith
1 llwy fwrdd o flawd
halen a phupur du
30g o fenyn
1 sbrigyn o fintys
1 tafell o lemwn

Dull:

Blaswch y blawd gyda halen a phupur a defnyddiwch y gymysgfa i orchuddio'r ciwbiau cucumer. Trosglwyddwch i ddesgil addas i'r popty wedi ei iro gyna'r menyn. Ychwanegwch y llefrith, gorchuddiwch a chaead a trosglwyddwch i bopty wedi ei gyn-gynhesu i 200°C. Ar ol tua 15 munud ychwanegwch y mintys a'r lemwn a phobwch am 10 munud yn fwy.

English Translation


Ingredients:

1 large cucumber, peeled and cubed
150ml milk
1 tbsp flour
salt and black pepper
30g butter
sprig of mint
1 slice of lemon

Method:

Season the flour with salt and black pepper and use this mixture to cover the cucumber cubes. Transfer to a baking dish that's been greased with the butter. Add the milk and cover the dish with a lid before transferring to an oven pre-heated to 200°C. After about 15 minutes add the mint and lemon and bake for about 10 minutes more. Serve hot as an accompaniment.
