Dull:
Cyfunwchy ffa, lentil, haidd a'r pys sychion mewn powlen, gorchuddiwch gyda digon o ddŵr a gadewch iddynt socian dros nos.
Drannoeth rhodwch sgerbwd y twrci mewn sosban gyda 1.5l o ddŵr a lledferwch am 2 awr. Wedi hyn tynnwch yr esgyrn o'r stoc, draeniwch y ffa ac ychwanegwch i'r stoc. Lledferwch am tua 3 awr yna ychwanegwch y cennin a'r perlysiau cymysg a lledferwch am 10 munud yn hirach cyn ychwanegu halen a phupur du, at flas.
Trosglwyddwch i folwenni cawl cynnes, addurnwch gyda ychydig o bersli wedi ei tafellu a gweinwch gyda roliau o fara cynnes.

English Translation
Ingredients:
carcass of 1 turkey
30g haricot beans
30g lentils
30g pearl barley
30g dried peas
1 leek, chopped
1 tsp mixed herbs
salt and black pepper
Method:
Combine the beans, lentils, barley and dried peas in a bowl, cover with water and set aside to soak over night.
The following day place the turkey carcass in a large pot along with 1.5l of water. Cover and simmer for 2 hours. After this time remove the bones from the stock, drain the soaked bean mix and add to the pot. Simmer for 3 hours then add the leeks and the herbs and simmer for a further 10 minutes then season.
Transfer to warmed soup bowls, garnish with a little shredded parsley and serve with warm bread rolls.
