Ingredients:
4 tbsp lemon juice
4 tbsp olive oil
4 tbsp finely-chopped hot red chillies
1 tbsp salt
1 tsp garlic powder
Method:
Fry the chillies in a little oil until soft. Allow to cool then mix in a bowl with all the other ingredients. Serve as an accompaniment to any main dish.
