This recipe makes the most of flowering nasturtiums and wild rocket, showing that both the leaves and flowers of the rocket plant are edible (and tasty).
Ingredients:
100g wild rocket leaves
25g wild rocket flower sprays
50g nasturtium leaves
50g nasturtium flowers
10g flat-leaf parsley leaves
25g watercress leaves
Method:
Wash the ingredients and dry. Mix together the rocket leaves, nasturtium leaves, flat-leaf parsley and watercress leaves in a salad bowl. Toss to combine.
Garnish with the rocket flower sprays and the nasturtium flowers and serve.
