Ingredients:

500ml fresh coconut milk (or 1 large tin coconut milk)
½ tbsp sugar
1 tbsp cornflour (cornstarch)
¼ tsp salt

Method:

Combine all the ingredients in a small saucepan. Bring to a simmer and continue cooking until the sauce thickens (about 20 minutes).

This is typically served poured over coconut pound cake or sliced mango.
