Sweet Cicely Ice Cream is a modern American recipe for a classic no-cook ice cream made from a vanilla pudding mix base blended with milk and condensed milk and flavoured with sweet cicely and vanilla extract. Mix everything but the sweet cicely stems together in a large bow. Take 300ml of the mixture and add to a food processor along with the sweet cicely.
Render to a fine paste then strain through a fine sieve and return the resultant liquid the bowl with the main ice cream mix and stir to combine thoroughly.
Transfer to an ice cream maker and churn into ice cream, following the manufacturers' instructions.
