Ingredients:

1 tbsp cornflour (cornstarch)
2 tbsp Orange liqueur
1 packet (450g) unsweetened strawberries; thawed
100g sugar
60ml orange juice

Method:

Whisk together the cornflour and the orange liqueur to form a smooth slurry. Add all the remaining ingredients and heat over medium heat. Cook until the strawberries are very soft (about 10 minutes) then add the cornflour slurry and cook, stirring constantly, until the mixture just thickens (about 4 minutes).

Take off the heat and set aside to cool completely before spreading over the top of your cheesecake base.
