Method:

Combine the dried rose hips and sugar in a pan with 100ml water. Cover with a tight-fitting lid then take off the heat and set aside to infuse for 60 minutes. Turn into a food processor or blender and process until smooth then pass through a fine-meshed sieve.

Use as a base or garnish for desserts.
