Reshmi Kabab is a traditional Bangladeshi recipe for a classic ground chicken kebab bound with eggs and flavoured with spices. The full recipe is presented here and I hope you enjoy this classic Bangladeshi version of: Reshmi Kabab.
Combine the chicken, onions, ginger, garlic, coriander, cumin, white pepper and garam masala in a bowl. Mix thoroughly then add the eggs and salt. Mix well to combine then take pieces of the meat mixture and shape into sausage form around wooden or metal skewers.
Cook either on a barbecue or under a hot grill, turning frequently for about 20 to 25 minutes until the meat is thoroughly cooked through (cooking time will depend on how thick you make your kebabs). To serve, slide the kebabs off the skewers and onto plates then garnish with lemon wedges and shredded spring onions.
