Pudding di Mashi (Corn Pudding)

Ingredients:

500ml evaporated milk
5 eggs
100g butter
5 tbsp sugar
150g cream of corn
5 tbsp cornflour (cornstarch)
1 tbsp vanilla extract

Method:

Combine the ingredients in a bowl and beat until smooth with a whisk or electric mixer. When the batter is smooth, turn into a 5cm deep baking dish.

Place in an oven pre-heated to 150°C for about 40 minutes, or until set.

Serve warm.
