Ingredients:

3 tbsp butter
3 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp whipping cream
1 tsp vanilla extract
50g chopped nuts

Method:

Melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. Stir in the brown sugar and the whipping cream then bring the mixture to a full boil, stirring constantly. Reduce the heat and continue to boil gently for 3 minutes, stirring frequently. Take off the heat, stir in the vanilla extract and chopped nuts then set aside to cool before using.
