Ingredients:

1.5kg chicken pieces
100g butter
2 tbsp fresh oregano, chopped
2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
6 garlic cloves, minced
salt, to taste

Method:



Melt the butter in a pan, stir in the garlic, parsley and oregano. Cook gently for 3 minutes then increase the heat and add the chicken. Cover and cook for about 15 to 20 minutes, turning the chicken occasionally, until golden brown and cooked through.

Season to taste with salt and serve immediately.
