Mango Lassi

Ingredients:

1 ripe mango, peeled and chopped
150ml milk
180ml natural yoghurt
2 tsp sugar (or 1 tsp salt)

Method:

Combine the ingredients in a blender and blitz until smooth and combined. Place a little crushed ice into tall glasses, pour the lassi over and serve.
