Method:

Add some oil to a pan over medium heat and add the meat, onions and garlic. Fry for about 5 minutes, stirring all the time, then add the tomatoes. Continue frying for 5 minutes then add the spices and season. Fry for a further 2 minutes then take the pan off the heat and set aside to cool.

Spread the meat mixture over prepared Mankoushe dough then place in oven pre-heated to 200°C and bake for about 10 to 15 minutes, or until the dough is cooked and crispy around the edge. Cut into wedges and serve.
