Ingredients:

100g softened butter
50g white sugar
2 tbsp condensed milk
2 tbsp baking powder
100g flour
100g chocolate chips (halved)

Method:

Cream together the butter and sugar until soft and fluffy. Add the milk and stir to incorporate. Ad the baking sugar and flour and combine with the butter mixture. Finally add the chocolate chips and stir to mix thoroughly.

Roll the dough into balls (about golfball size) and place on an ungreased baking tray. Press down with the tines of a fork. Place in the centre of an oven pre-heated to 180°C (160°C fan/350°F/Gas Mark 4) and remove when the bases become a golden brown (about 20 minutes).
