Ingredients:
4 medium sweet potatoes, peeled
60ml oil
salt
Method:
Cut the sweet potatoes into 1.5cm wedges. Heat the oil in a wok until very hot. Season the sweet potato wedges with salt and fry until done. Store in paper bags and use as a snack or as an accompaniment to a main meal.
