Ingredients:

750g fresh strawberries, washed and hulled
480ml natural yoghurt
80ml honey

Method:

Add the strawberries to a food processor and purée until smooth.

Pass through a fine sieve then combine with the yoghurt. Add the fruit and yoghurt mix along with the honey to the bowl of an ice cream machine and churn according to the manufacturer's instructions.
